      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi so I tried go upgrade my phone and it didn’t go though right, so I went onto the live chat i though I sorted it and got my phone re upgraded, however I can’t see it find any sort off email to confirm my order or my phone now been delivered and also I play an upfront cost &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
