I have had an email telling me the price of service will rise on 29/10/2021 as my current contract ends. It invites me to sign for a new contract by entering my post code. The website says my post code is invalid! Nonsense, I can show you all the bills that are delivered to that postcode with my name on them. Royal mail don't think the post code is invalid.

Then I can't contact EE to discuss. Customer service? Please advise how i can consider my options, or should i just change providers to avoid the price rise?

Is this for broadband or mobile?

You can speak to CS to establish what they can offer you.

Thanks
