Gave courier phone photos NOT on phone panic

I gave my phone to courier today thinking all photos backed up. Everything else on new device but photos missing.... not all on 'photos' or Google cloud or Samsung cloud. I must have done it wrong! Can I I get my old phone back and retrieve photos? Has anyone done this? Calling EE first thing but crying over years of my children's photos gone.... can anyone tell me what to do?

Hi @Alice999

Have you checked OneDrive as that is where your Samsung account backs up?

If not you will need to call EE CS tomorrow.
