&lt;P&gt;Once your SIM arrives, fill in our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/keep-my-number/how-do-i-transfer-my-number-to-ee" target="_blank"&gt;online PAC form&lt;/A&gt; and your number should transfer the next working day.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I just ordered a new EE 5G sim card, I am currently with GiffGaff but I will be moving over to EE once the sim card arrives. Whenever I log into EE it tells me that I must add my phone number before I can access my EE account, whenever I enter my phone number it says the following...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN class="form__group-element margin-bottom-2 form__group-element--error"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="error form__error-text"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If you're having trouble, call 150 from your EE phone&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this because my current number has not been moved over to EE yet? I used the PAC code to bring my GiffGaff number over to EE so I assume this is this issue, right?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe that I have already done the PAC form thing, when I ordered the sim it gave me the option to enter in my PAC code, I am guessing it just takes a few days to take effect, hopefully...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks responding though!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When that turns off, you'll know the transfer is going through.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I stopped paying for Giffgaff so I can't check by calling anyone, but I still do have a signal with my Giffgaff sim if that counts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The number ports don't go through over the weekend or bank holidays, so the earliest it will port over is on Tuesday.&lt;/P&gt;
