Transfer my old number from Lycamobile to EE

Hi,

Recently I got monthly sim contract from EE and I already connected my new EE sim on my phone running smoothly. However, I am trying to transfer my old number to EE unfortunately it says my PAC code is not wright code. How can I solve this problem ?

Hi @Mamun_779

Where are you being told that your PAC is incorrect? Or who is telling you this?

You can submit your PAC to EE either by using this online form or by calling 150 from your mobile and giving the code to an agent.
