Ported number not displaying when I call or text some people

I ported my old bt number to ee but some people are still seeing the original ee number of the sim they sent me when I call or text them. Doesn’t happen to everyone though

Do calls & texts sent to your ported number arrive as expected?

You may need to call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile to resolve this, if outgoing caller-ID is wrong on all your calls.

Welcome to the community.

When did you port your number in? This can sometimes happen on the day a number ports over, but usually fixes by midnight the same day.

Could you try restarting your device please?
