Change from other network company

I ordered a new 12month plan in EE, and I want to use my old number from giffgaff, so I got PAC code and ordered success about four days ago. I got a mail from EE, and it said like my order was a success, but when can I use the new EE plan? I think I still use giffgaff, and I want to use eSim

Yeah I couldn't get any post from EE, I have the order number and I ordered 17th but still, I cannot get

Yes I already wrote down my PAC number when I ordered my sim plan in EE

Thanks @kimminwoo190.

When you receive the SIM card you will just need to put it in your phone to activate it the you'll be able to use your number on EE rather than your previous network.
