&lt;P&gt;As long as you take ID then you can obtain a SIM free at any EE store.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your account address is correct?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't get a replacement sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a replacement sim for my new phone through the web site and was told it would arrive in two working days, that was two weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ordered a replacement sim over the phone with customer support and was told one would be sent out, that was a week ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't say if i've been charged for them or not as most of the web site doesn't work for me so was told tough luck, go get the app basically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My voice mail was also disabled because.........well just because you could is the only explanation i can get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far EE's help is filling me with the upmost confidence but if you could just do a little bit more it would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
