      <title>SIM card not arriving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have ordered a SIM card last Thursday and have received an email confirmation of this stating it will arrive in 2-3 working days with Royal Mail - however it has now been 4 working days and the SIM card has still not arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no dispatch text as it says that I should get, no other communication from EE and I can't track my order on the online tracker. I also won't be able to phone EE as my contract is ending today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
