Sorry to hear you've lost your phone.

EE's guidance on reporting a device lost or stolen is on this help page, there is no account access on this public forum.

I'd recommend borrowing a phone from a friend or relative, to call EE on either 07953 966250 or 0800 0798586.

I am in Spain, my mate is not with EE and have no access to any other phone. I have ordered a replacement Sim, is there any way to cancel my current SIM and block my phone without having to call?

I dont have access to a mobile or landline as I have lost my phone and my friend is not on EE. Is theren a way to just cancel my phone online?

@Only1pip You can call the number above from any network mobile device so you can use your friends phone to call. There is no online option you have to call and not reporting this within 24 hours could see you being billed for any charges that could be made via your device/sim making chargeable calls/text.

Use your friends phone and call the number.
