I've just got a new sim with EE and supplied my PAC online to move my old number across. I have the BT sport add on and wondered if I register with my new number will it be affected when my old number ports over or should I wait until my old number is registered before signing up to any of that stuff?

I'm switching over from Three. I did it all online and put in the PAC number and my original number. Just got the new SIM from EE today so I'm assuming that has started the switch but wasn't sure if I should wait until the number comes over before setting up the BT sport etc

@AlbaSavage I would wait till your number is on EE first.

Your number might not port till Tuesday now it’ll depend on when you actually requested the port. Number ports do not happen at the weekend and it takes around 24 hours so if it’s not done today it’ll start Monday.
