&lt;P&gt;You probably should have received the SIM by now. If you're able to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;pop into a store&lt;/A&gt;, they should be able to give you a replacement SIM there and then, and also check what's happened to the other ones you ordered.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Neither of the delivery charges have been billed either. Should I presume the online service hasn't worked and just go in store?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
