No, just the 1 day before your no. ports to the new network. By using a PAC you pay no notice period.

Ive sorted my pac code and sent it to my new provider however my number doesn't transfer Untill a day after my contract ends. Does this mean Ee will charge me for an extra month as technically the number is still valid for them?

Hi @Ebruozlem ,

Officially, EE bills one month in advance so there's a small chance the Direct Debit will be requested before your port request entered the system.

You can check your bill date and the date your Direct Debit is typically taken and if you submitted your port request near or between those dates, you may need to chase the service provider for a refund which can be a little difficult if you lose account access so download all recent bills. For most networks, the refund should be automatic. Good luck!

You will receive a final bill from EE whatever happens with any refunds you are due. So there is no need to do any chasing.
