£15 pack should have double data (30GB).

I've just bought a £15 pack from WHSmith with double data for Christmas bonus. However when I come to register it is only showing 15GB and nothing to say that the 30GB will be applied.

Hi, Yes, I just have the initial 50MB allowance.

Well this is turning into a bit of a nightmare. Just spent over an hour to support who were very nice and sympathetic but were unable to sort this out. It's being escalated to another team now because it seems there is a server fault. A lot of people will be buying this offer card for Christmas so I hope it gets sorted sooner rather than later.

My account currently says I have £15 top up allowance but no packs activated. Waiting to hear back from support.
