Ok thanks for that information at least I know now it won’t do what I hoped it would. 😀

I have a query about whether I could use my iPhone 11 with the EE esim option and then put the normal EE sim from the same number/account into a TP link m3750 4g router for occasional use whilst being in my caravan. If this works then saves me having to use my iPhone for tethering and having to transfer the sim if I decided to use the 4g wifi? Bit of a strange query but hopefully you can see my idea.

Hi @Reggiebaby

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you order an eSIM your number will transfer to the eSIM and the SIM card will be deactivated.

You're unable to have two SIM cards or an eSIM and a SIM card active with the same number.

Thanks.

Leanne.
