New customer - Retaining my phone number

Hello,

I'm switching to EE SIM only and wanted to retain my phone no. I supplied PAC etc. but received SIM with new phone no. (on documentation). Will my phone no transfer automatically to this SIM when I install it or should I have received a SIM programmed to my old phone no.

I don't want to remove and cancel my existing (old) SIM / service until I know definitely that I won't experience a break in service.

Once you have provided a PAC code the number will transfer automatically.
