&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately for yourself, there is no individual account access on this public forum, you will need to call into CS to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just make sure all the devices have been restarted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Portation from Lyca to EE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, i just ported 4 phone numbers from Lyca mobile to EE business on 08/11. On 09/11 my numbers we're already ported to EE the process was fast. I'm able to call /send text messages and access data however i'm unable to receive any text messages on all 4 mobile phones. I believe the portation is not yet completed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have the following devices; Iphone 12, Samsuns S20,Motorola G7 and another Iphone 12&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason i'm creating this topic was because i'm unable to get in touch with anyone from customer service to check if my portation is completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
