I am having the same issues using a Samsung A12. I called EE and they were able to show me how to change the number on the phone, which worked, but this was with a Samsung S20. Can you tell me how to change on the A12?

Hi @gjw70

Try going into your contacts app. Above your list of contacts, it may say 'Myself' and you should be able to change the number in there.

Is that what you mean? Let us know how you get on.
