I can upgrade which i want to but i also want a new number rather than keep the old one is this possible ?

Yes but your best bet is to speak to a Live CS Agent on 150, explain and do it that way rather than attempt to Upgrade Online.

By definition, an upgrade is a change of phone on your existing number.

You therefore have two ways of going about this...

1: Proceed with an upgrade and also separately request a change of number - this may be chargeable

2: Give 30 days disconnection notice on your existing phone and take out a brand new contract with a brand new number.
