&lt;P&gt;Many times EE supply a replacement SIM with new phones in case, for whatever reason, there's a problem with your existing SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your current SIM works and fits in your new phone, then just use that and there's no need to exchange SIMs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now that you have, there's unfortunately no account access on this public forum - you will need to call EE C/S on 0800 0798586 free from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>24+ of activating sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I got the iPhone 13 and a new SIM card which I got told by a member of staff that it should be working within 24 hours it’s now been 30 hours I can’t use either SIM card to ring 150 or anything and I don’t know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
