&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting the tablet with the new SIM card in?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to get in touch with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Care team&lt;/A&gt; either by phone call or by live chat so they can check your account to see which SIM is active?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently got an upgrade and got sent a new sim for my tablet. I was instructed to swap them and activate the new sim online, which I did. 40hours later and no signal still, plus the old sim doesn't work either. Please advise, as I cannot call or receive texts from either of the devices, I also have no way of getting into the store anytime soon!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
