Hi, I've just got my phone today but I was supposed to get an EE sim with my number on it but I've got a new EE sim with new number. So is there any way I can get an EE sim with my number?? 🥲🥲

Hi @Fyeasmin

Did you provide your PAC to EE when you ordered your new phone?

If you did, then your number normally ports across the day after you activate your new SIM on what is effectively a temporary number.

If you didn't, then you'll need to give EE your PAC in order to start the transfer process.

I'd recommend a read of this EE help article , which explains the process a little.
