&lt;P&gt;SIM cards are usually sent in the post.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;All you need to do when the SIM arrives is put it in your phone to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your number is still working on a SIM card with a previous network, it'll continue to work until it's transferred over to EE.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive just filled everything out, typed in PAC code picked a sim only plan etc. I have a few questions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will i get a new sim in the post? How do i set it up once it arrives? Will i be without my number at all?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you receive your new EE phone &amp;amp; SIM, you'll need to power them up initially and they'll be on a temporary number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've provided a PAC from another network during the ordering process, this will usually be actioned a day later and transfer your number to EE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the day of porting, it's entirely normal for calls and/or texts to behave strangely during the day as the transfer takes place - this is only cause for concern if it continues into the evening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
