      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the subject shows I have just taken out a new monthly SIM contract for 12 months but I haven't received the SIM card through the post or have had any tracking details sent.&amp;nbsp; I have been using my old HTC Desire from my previous EE contract but I have now purchased a new phone on ebay.&amp;nbsp; Do EE just presume I am still using my old HTC Desire and have just transferred me over to the new contract, without sending a multi SIM through the post?&amp;nbsp; It's been a week now and still no SIM.&amp;nbsp; The account has changed over to the new contract so it is all in place.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your prompt reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; My new phone requires a smaller SIM so I will have to arrange to get a new SIM sent.&amp;nbsp; I'm reluctant to pay £1.50 delivery charge though as it wasn't clear at all that I would not receive a new SIM in the post when I changed to a SIM only contract.&amp;nbsp; Is there a possibility that EE would waver the delivery charge in this instance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could get a &lt;STRONG&gt;replacement&lt;/STRONG&gt; SIM for free by going to an EE store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
