&lt;P&gt;If you're having problems activating your new SIM online, I'd recommend calling EE C/S.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can do so either on 150 from any EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>New sim not activated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter lost her phone, we’ve got a new handset and sim and were advised her number would transfer automatically but the new sim isn’t working. When we request an activation code it’s not working because I think the code is going to her old sim which is still active somewhere….!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
