&lt;P&gt;Have you given EE the PAC from your previous operator yet? If not, you need to do that - either using &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/keep-my-number/how-do-i-transfer-my-number-to-ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;the form linked from this help page&lt;/A&gt; or by calling 150 from your mobile.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have given your PAC more than a couple of days ago, I'd recommend calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile - the C/S agents will have access to your individual account and should be able to advise further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
