Number transfer

Hi there im a new customer to EE iv come from been a Vodafone customer after 16years.. i was tolled i could keep my old number iv provided a pac number.. its seemed to have changed if i ring or some one calls me but if i send a message its coming up as the EE number i was given.

iv tryed restarting my phone a frew times Its been over a week and im still having the same issue.

This sounds like what's commonly known as a split-port.

Is it only outgoing text messages that are affected, or is there anything else not as it should be?

Just the text messages its the same if people message me on my voda number it comes threw but soon as i reply it comes threw as a new number
