Hi everyone,

New customer on EE and I need some help because I need this fixing before my cooling off period ends.

I am on pay monthly SIM only deal, I know my phone is unlocked.

I received my eSIM via post yesterday and everything went smooth, but within one hour there was no service, I restarted and did airplane mode off and on etc, still nothing, so I then spent about an hour on live chat where I then removed that SIM and downloaded a new eSIM, I had to repeat this step 2 times, The SIM has bars on the signal, but when I try to call, it says "not registered on network", texts fail and Internet is non existent, I tried the activation process via the app and got a "we could not send you a PIN this time. Please try again" but it never sends it, tried the Web version of My EE, it sends a PIN code to activate but there is no phone service so cannot receive the PIN.

Phoned Tech Support today who really didn't know what to do other than tell me to wait 24 hours which I know is never going to work because the original SIM came on immediately.

The days are counting until my cooling off period ends and I'm not going to let it get that far before I say I'm cancelling.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated

Have you physically selected SIM to eSim within SIM or Mobile Networks on the Phone.

If Dual SIM as above but on the correct SIM Slot or Position
