Hi there,

I’m new here. I just got a new sim yesterday evening, new to the UK and I’m trying to set up the new sim in my phone. Now the problem is my phone keeps displaying “no service” since I put it in yesterday. I have taken it out and reinserted multiple times, even restarted my phone multiple times with no luck. What do I do? I need a IK number urgently. Is there a number I can call from another line because obviously I can’t make any calls with this one.

Thank you.

Hello @Kurry

Welcome to the EE community

I'd assume as much, but since you've not mentioned I'll ask - is this a PAYG SIM or a pay-monthly contract-based one?

Are you in the UK or abroad, currently?

If you're in the UK, are you in a location with EE service available? You can check using the coverage & status checker
