Better then just turning up and you can not go in.

Why do you want a replacement SIM?

If it's for a new phone, order a replacement SIM online with the same no., plan & if applicable, credit at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50. Otherwise phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

Hi @twinsa ,

It sounds like standard company policy to protect you and your credit record from financial fraud.

Imagine some random person could walk into the store with your details and run away with a phone an innocent person ends up having to pay for.

One play is to buy a phone outright from a trusted retailer such as Argos or Amazon and you'll likely have an unlocked phone which immediately belongs to you. Good luck!
