Lost my SIM card, I’m abroad I can’t call ee. Only can email them, what’s them email address. I can’t find it

There is no customer service email address. If you have access to another phone, you can call EE on +44 7953 966250

Otherwise, if you're able to use a web-calling app such as Skype, you can call on +44 800 0798586

EE provides no email contact. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

Sorry we have no email address, you would need to call us from another phone to report the SIM card as lost and get the SIM blocked.

If you have a pay monthly account, you can log into your My EE account online and a chat option will show for you if an agent is available.
