Need puc code to unlock sim

I’m trying to find puc code which site says I’m under manage devices in my EE but I can’t find it anywhere. I can’t phone as my SiM is locked either so driving me mad! Any help appreciated

Are you looking to get a PUK to unlock your SIM card, or a PAC to port your number to another network?

@Lara1981 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu / Account Settings / Unlock your SIM.
