Lost sim card abroad - transfer number to new non UK sim

Hi,

I've lost my EE sim card abroad as I've been using a local sim.

I was wondering if it's possible to transfer my EE number to a T-mobile sim from Prague, since T-Mobile is supported by EE?

I am also unable to access the live chat from here in Prague for some reason so I've asked the question on here instead 🙂

Thanks for coming to the community.

To report the SIM card as lost, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team by calling +44 7953 966 250

They will block the SIM and send you a replacement with the same number to your UK address. Sorry, it's not possible to transfer the number to the T-Mobile SIM card you have.

Just to add the replacement SIM should be Activated and used at least once in the UK before it can be sent over to you in Prague otherwise it may not work overseas.
