    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1278861"&gt;@Frenzybee3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did your new service provider accept the PAC or did they flag up a problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess you probably received two different codes via different routes and want to check that both are usable and equivalent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The online documentation mentions receiving the PAC by text and does not mention email currently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/what-is-a-pac-code" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/what-is-a-pac-code&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
