That's a totally **bleep** I sent a text to the number you suggested to me I got a 6 digit code with the wrong email address code EE are **bleep**...

Hi @Frenzybee3 ,

Did your new service provider accept the PAC or did they flag up a problem?

I guess you probably received two different codes via different routes and want to check that both are usable and equivalent?

The online documentation mentions receiving the PAC by text and does not mention email currently.
