Hi so I got a new phone yesterday with EE. Was on Vodafone before. I texted Vodafone yesterday and asked for a pac code so I can keep the same number. Did it online with EE as soon as it come through. I got a text today at 12 from EE saying it was all done. I’ve turned my phone on and off lovely jubbly. I could text people from my new phone then all of a sudden the text messages are going onto my old phone where the old Vodafone SIM card is. I don’t no how I can make it all on to my new EE phone. Thanks

Hello @Kerry05

Welcome to the EE community

From the sounds of your symptoms, you have what's commonly called a "split port".

The fix for this is to call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile and speak to an agent who has access to your individual account.

They will either be able to resolve this for you immediately, or set a fix in-motion.
