I think my sim has been deactivated

My phone has been saying no service for the past 2 weeks and shortly before this i had gotten a message from 150 saying that i had been temporarily banned from sending messages. I called 150 like it said and talked to a woman that told me the ban would only be 24 hours for exceeding the number of messages you can send in a day (i dont remember doing this) then next day my sim just seemed to stop working and i cant call customer service to get help

@Christopher_B On the 4th i messaged my friend because my wifi was down and copied and pasted a long message i saw online and sent it which is what i think caused the problem

If you would prefer to go in to a store then they will be more than happy to help.

You can use our Store Finder to see where you're closest store is, and book an appointment.

I would rather do it from home but the customer service agent told me i have to go into a store and ask for a replacement sim
