i had an ee number and since last year XXXXXX8626

sudenly network drop down for 2 to 3 days and i just but it a side

and i lost my sim

i need if i can get my sim and number back

@mohamed711 You have to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card.

To report the SIM card as lost, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team by calling 0800 079 8586.

They will block the SIM and send you a replacement with the same number.
