Tried in store, couldn’t help. Called CS, was directed here. No idea how to order the replacement sim.

Welcome to the community,

If you go into My EE App, click on the three lines at the top, you will see settings, click on Device and Sim, you can then order a replacement SIM card. You should be able to do this logging into your account online too. Hope this helps.

Why do you want a new SIM?

If it's for a new phone, order a replacement SIM online with the same no., plan & if applicable, credit at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50. Otherwise phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
