SIM won't work in repaired ee mobile

I have just received my phone back from ee repairs however I put my SIM card in and it won't connect to phone as if it doesn't exsist. If I try to send a message It says waiting to connect. This SIM worked before repairs were taken place I've tried restarting phone and checking SIM is placed correctly

If you go into the phone settings and select network, do you have EE showing?

Does the SIM card work in any other phone?
