      <description>&lt;P&gt;i was on PAYG and switched to pay monthly. I wanted to take my number with me so caled tech support who said it wold switch over but i would have a temporary number for a few hours. but it's been 24 hours and now it seems both my old and new SIMs have been deactivated so i don't have any phone at all other than wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
