Sim only deal I was told I could add nhs perks code as at time of upgrade my perks account was locked I now have a code and within the 14 days cool off period how do I get the 20% nhs discount added

Hi @donna4561

You cannot. You will need to cancel your current deal and reorder with your discount code.

You need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this.

Too late! Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.
