Hello. I currently live in China and have an EE U.K. phone number. The number was last used at the beginning of October, when I first arrived in China, but I am continuing to pay the contract monthly for this SIM as I wanted to keep the number. I have just tried to use the SIM for the first time since October and when I put it into my spare iPhone it says No Sim. Please can someone advise me as to why it is not registering that the sim has been inserted? Thank you.

@rosewinter4 does that phone work with other Sim cards ? Have you put the EE Sim card in that device the correct way round ? Providing your paying your contract there is no reason why that Sim card will not work in that device unless it is broken or the device has a fault or the sim is the wrong way in the device.
