&lt;P&gt;When did you report your phone lost? When we blacklisted your phone and cancelled your old SIM, a new one would have been posted out to you. This would normally be delivered within 2-5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did EE say they would send another SIM out?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact EE on Skype or via live chat and ask about the SIM. Seems strange if they haven't sent one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
