New Samsung upgrade sim not working

Two weeks ago I upgraded to Samsung 21 ultra I swap them sim for it with my daughter ( it has unlimited internet) she has another sim contact on my account the problem is the sim just won’t work we even sent me new sim still saying no network

where the symbol is for mobile sigma at top is now circle with line across it.

I have rebooted it flicked flight mode on and off still nothing any ideas 💡 thanks

Have you tried the SIM card in another phone to see if signal shows?

Is the SIM card that is not working, the one for your upgrade or your Daughter's SIM card?
