Phone number change

I have changed provider from Vodafone to EE, I wished to keep my number so I got my PAC code from Vodafone and used it to keep the number when I ordered my new EE sim. When I received the sim it is a new number, I have tried again to use the PAC code to change the new sim to my old number but the code is not accepted and I cannot get another code from Vodafone. Any ideas on what to try now? Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the EE Community,

is your Vodafone sim still active ?

If it is text the word PAC to 65075 and you will be sent a text back with your PAC code.

@hall99m have EE customer services tried to process your transfer request or are you trying to use the online form?
