&lt;P&gt;You have 2 separate issues here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1: The SIM - are you on PAYG or pay-monthly, and have you tried restarting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2: The Android apps - take a read of &lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Android/Apps-not-working/m-p/1039089#M74300" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; thread on the Android section of this board. You will need to update the "System Webview" or "Google Chrome" apps in your Playstore to resolve this. I am assuming this is a problem that started in the past 24hours.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this is not the case, then my suggestion could be off-base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
