Stac code question

I want to use a Stac code to close a account with another network, Could i use it on to my EE account and it wont transfer the Stac code phone number over my current EE number would it if i can ? 🙈

I just want to use it to close the account without all the hassle of calling queues and the trying too haggle me 🤣I just want it closed.

Hi @Throttle.

If you're able to get in touch with our Customer Care team, they will be able to take your STAC and in turn terminate your contract with your previous provider.
