Access texts without sim

Hi there,

I have recently moved by to NZ and have lost my UK sim card. Without it, I cannot access an investment application that I have forgotten my password to. Is there any way I can access my text messages to receive and activation code once without my SIM?

Thanks for posting on the community.

I am sorry, this would not be possible you would need the SIM card to view any text messages sent to the number.

If you have not reported the SIM card as lost to us, please give our Mobile Care team a call on +44 (0) 7953 966 250, they can block the SIM card for you and send a replacement to your UK address.
