    <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone has not been used since purchasing. Today, have tried to register the number on My EE account but receiving error message 'We don't recognise the number you've entered'.&amp;nbsp; Tried the 'Activate your SIM' on the website and received same message.&amp;nbsp; Also tried phoning 150 but unable to make outgoing call, message 'Not registered on network'.&amp;nbsp; So, in a nutshell, SIM not activated, number not recognised and unable to contact EE on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Please can anyone advise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How long ago is it since you purchased your phone? Is it pay as you go? Are you not able to use another phone to contact EE?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have an app, such as Skype or Viber, you can call EE, there is also a free number you can find by clicking on the contact us at the top here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
