26hrs and still no sim activation

Have just upgraded my phone and been sent a new sim card, done the sim swap as told to but 26hrs later still not able to use new phone

Any advice please??

@HayleyK : Didn't your old SIM work in your new phone? That's all you needed to do.

His there, yeah that's worked straight AWAY!!

but why send one out with new phone if I didn't need it??

Didn't know if was because I now have a 5g phone so needed a different card??

A new SIM is sent just in case the old 1 doesn't fit or is faulty. All EE SIMs support all the 'G's w/out needing to change them.
